The production of the extra-long heavy piston, measuring 1.8 meters in length, presents enormous technical challenges. In order to ensure that the deformation during the carburization and hardening process does not exceed ≤0.30 mm, ensure the uniformity of the metallographic structure around the entire circumference and the impact strength reaches ≥128 J, Qianchui, based on many years of experience in the field of military technology and having carried out numerous technological tests, has successfully completed the development and moved on to monthly serial deliveries.
As of April 2026, the 1.8m 210 lightweight type extra-long heavy piston with counterweight works stably, and its performance fully achieves heavy-duty impact force, which has earned the user's trust and positive feedback.
