Sandvik hammer drill small impact piston successfully delivered to customer

On January 6, 2026, Mianyang Qianchui Mechanical Equipment Co.,Ltd received an order from a customer in Liaoning Province, China to develop and supply high quality small impact pistons for rock drills. This client's equipment fleet includes several imported SANDVIK rotary hammers, but due to difficulties with logistics from abroad and the extremely high cost of key components such as pistons, they turned to us.
To meet the customer's expectations, despite the small size of the hammer drill's impact piston and the fact that our equipment is too large for such parts, which increases production costs, we have taken the customer's needs as our mission. Thanks to careful control of the entire technological process - from preliminary heat treatment of special steel to fine grinding, carburization, hardening and repeated low tempering - we were able to fully satisfy all technical requirements for the quality of imported pistons. At the same time, the price was less than a quarter of the cost of the original, which made it possible to successfully implement import substitution.
