Mianyang Qianchui Piston continues to expand its presence in the international market; Recently, an order for the supply of 50 small-sized premium pistons of the 616S series (French MTB type) was successfully completed with full compliance with the requirements for quality, batch size and delivery time.
Our factory offers a wide range of pistons, from extra-large size models for hydraulic hammers (such as 200, 300 and Atlas 10000 series) to small and medium-sized models (such as SB40–SB151 series). All products - regardless of size - are manufactured using military-grade technology, which guarantees reliable operation of the pistons in hydraulic excavator hammers and ensures high quality products for customers in both domestic and foreign markets.
To meet the special requirements of French customers for high-quality pistons for MTB series hydraulic hammers (produced in small series), the plant strictly adheres to a proven complex technological process: complete normalization of the piston blank (pre-heat treatment) → high-temperature tempering → carburizing → hardening → multiple low-temperature tempering. This technology ensures strict control of dimensional accuracy, impact strength and wear resistance, and quality indicators meet international standards. With the advantage of direct factory supply, the company can consistently provide customers with cost-effective core components (pistons) for hydraulic hammers, thereby strengthening Qianchui Machinery's position in overseas markets.
We produce high quality pistons that are compatible with the entire range of French Montabert MTB hydraulic breakers, including MTB155, MTB175, MTB215, MTB255, MTB285, MTB315, MTB365 and MTB505.
